Filling the Local Gap
After decades of experience working in manufacturing management and staffing, Ron and Sonja saw a gap in the local market. Businesses needed more than a staffing agency. They needed a partner that understood their operations, their people, and their community.

In 2012, they formed Elite to meet that need. From one office in Kingsport, the company has grown to serve customers throughout East Tennessee and Virginia. Today, Elite continues to build partnerships with clients in manufacturing, construction, and professional industries while helping hundreds of employees find steady and meaningful work.
